About Nick

With the aim of training a wide range of people to help reach their individual goals, Nick combined his passion for sports and exercise and a background in Psychology to form Your Foundation in 2012. Since its inception, Nick has built up a dedicated and loyal client base in London - ranging from personal fitness through to boot camp-style group sessions for between 3-65 people.

Nick's approach to exercise is straightforward: try and enjoy it, get the most you can out of it and don't worry about what anyone else is doing.

Nick is registered with REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) and is fully insured. Qualifications include:

- REP Level 3 Personal Training
- REP Level 2 Fitness Instruction
- BA Honours Psychology
