My Approach

I believe that fitness and a greater sense of wellbeing should be accessible for everybody. Exercise shouldn't feel intimidating or unachievable. But it should feel relevant and maybe we could even try and enjoy it.

I take a holistic approach when it comes to wellbeing and strongly believe that the joys of fitness can be easily accessed, and achieved, by anyone, anywhere – no matter what foundations you are building on, goals you are working towards or how busy your diary is.

Maintaining our physical and mental health can often feel like a juggling act, especially during these challenging and uncertain times, which is why it's essential to find a routine that works for you. We spend so much time feeling pressured by what we see on our social feeds that we can often lose sight of what exercise can do for us.

For me, it's not about the end goal, but the journey. Fitness should be liberating and empowering, I believe we should be grateful to be able to move our bodies and we should not lose sight of that.
